Welcome to Sanggraloka Ubud Resort and Spa. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process. A valid ID/passport and credit card may be required upon check-in.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Some bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment. Additional charges (minibar, spa, restaurant, etc.) must be settled at check-out.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan and time of cancellation. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified. No-shows will be charged in full.
5. Loss & Liability
The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property or facilities.
6. Privacy
Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties.
7. Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone for justifiable reasons including safety, security, or violation of policies.
